Si, con wi fi o GPRS. Esto tiene cargos extras. Para recibir llamadas configuralo en tu “set to receive calls” setting con el código del país y número correcto.

Ambas cosas. Creo que skype necesita dar más facilidades para los que lo usaríamos en su modo mobile.
